THE COMPANY:
Subsidiary of Energia de la Patagonia y Aysen S.A., Empresa Electrica La Arena S.P.A. operates the Central Hidroelectrica de Pasada La Arena, a run-of-the-river hydroelectric power station that has an installed power of 6.8 MW and an estimated mean annual production of 22,000 MWh. Located in Puerto Montt, Los Lagos Region, the company injects its power to the southern continental end of the Central Interconnected System (SIC), in the modality of Small Distributed Generation Mean (PMGD, Pequeño Medio de Generacion Distribuido).
