ASOCIACIÓN DE LA INDUSTRIA ELÉCTRICA – ELECTRÓNICA (AIE)
AIE es la asociación gremial chilena, relacionada a la tecnología, en la que participa la industria y la academia, logrando un conglomerado
de empresas, universidades e institutos de educación superior que contiene en gran parte, la base tecnológica e industrial requerida para lograr un desarrollo sustentable y de fuerte crecimiento en Chile. Su misión es contribuir al desarrollo de Chile, representando al sector y a nuestros asociados, fomentando la asociatividad, el crecimiento y la innovación tecnológica en las áreas eléctrica, electrónica, automatización y comunicaciones
En los últimos años, la industria eléctrica y electrónica de Chile se ha desarrollado y posicionado como un pilar relevante en la economía. Es
así como AIE, con 20 años de existencia, se ha convertido en el referente más importante de los sectores que representa, en nuestro país.
Con alrededor de 70 asociados, AIE tiene su sede central en la Región Metropolitana (Santiago), está conformada por su Directorio, Comités
de Trabajo en distintas áreas (automatización eléctrica, electrónica y educación) y tiene presencia formal en la Región del Bío Bío.
ELECTRICAL-ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (AIE)
AIE is the Chilean trade union, related to technology, in which the industry and academy participate, achieving a conglomerate of companies, universities and higher education institutes that to a large extent include the technological and industrial basis required to achieve a sustainable and strong development in Chile. Its mission is to contribute to Chile’s development, representing the sector and its shareholders, promoting associativity, growth and technological innovation in the electrical, electronics, automation and communication areas.
In the last few years, the Chilean electrical and electronics industry has developed and positioned itself as a relevant pillar of the economy.
That is how AIE, with 20 years of experience, has become the most important icon in our country of the sectors it represents. With almost 70 members, AIE’s headquarters are located in the Metropolitan Region (Santiago), and it is made of its Board, Work Committee in different areas (automation electrical, electronic and education), and it is formally present in the Bío Bio Region.
